Nice and cosy, and central, to anything you might need

The plug sockets at the sides of the bed didn’t work but there was one on the adjacent wall that worked

Staff were excellent

The B&B was in a great location right next to the town with plenty of bars and restaurants around. The lady who met us there was really welcoming. The room itself is gorgeous, huge bed with blinds and shutters that keep the noise out ! The bathroom was modern with an amazing shower. The rooms were immaculate. The bar downstairs gets very busy so expect some noise but we got in at midnight on a Sunday and the last of the guests were just leaving. Would highly recommend this B&B.

Amanda was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The room appeared to have been recently refurbished and was spotless, modern, and in perfect condition.

Unfortunately, I made the mistake of booking accommodation above a pub without fully considering the noise. It was extremely loud late into the night, and even with earplugs it was difficult to fall asleep. Breakfast was another disappointment. Rather than serving breakfast on-site, the pub provides vouchers for a nearby café. As we stayed on a Saturday for Sunday breakfast, the café didn't open until 10:00 a.m., which was far too late for our travel plans, so we weren't able to use the vouchers. If you're planning a late night out and don't mind the noise or a later breakfast, this may suit you well. However, if you're looking for a quiet night's sleep or need an early start, it's worth bearing these points in mind.
