Great location, beautifully clean, comfortable bed, powerful shower and a basic breakfast, which isn't advertised. I found that a real bonus.

Leanne is so welcoming and friendly, and helpful
The place is so clean and fresh with fruit and breads, and delicious home made oatcakes available
Garden space
The place is so central, fab Indian restaurant across the road
noise from the street, central location means this is unavoidable in front room.
No tv channels to relax in front of, i did find youtube on the tv but it was set in a language that I couldn’t understand to change the preferences

Location wad good .we didn't stay for breakfast second morning
People in another room woke us at 2.30 am Lots of talking drinking and smoking in sitting room
