Stunning Oceanfront 2 bedroom apartment on a high floor. The view is spectacular. The kitchen and bathroom are modern.
This apartment is walking distance to the hotels, casinos and restaurants in the heart of Isla Verde, only 5 minutes from the airport.
This home is located in the beautiful neighborhood of Isla Verde. It is directly on Isla Verde Beach. The home is walking distance to hotels, restaurants and casinos.
The best way to get around is taxi and UBER. The apartment comes with a parking spot. If you are coming to explore, there is a spot to park your rental. If you are coming to be a beach bum, then NO CAR is needed.
Please not that Puerto Rico has an unstable power grid. Although the building has a generator, it only supplies the common areas of the building. The apartment does not have and back up electricity.

My family of 5 were absolutely blown away by the amazing views from this Penthouse suite. The check in process was very easy and the communication between Jennifer and Yolanda was terrific. Yolanda was on site when we arrived and gave us a lot of great recommendations of the surrounding area. The area itself was very efficient, beach access, plus, restaurants and stores everywhere. The Penthouse provides anything and everything you will need to have an EPIC trip in Puerto Rico. It is Located right on the beach which was never crowded. You have private and gated parking so you can rest knowing your car is safe. The building is secured so only residence have access. The unit is HUGE! plenty of space for your family to spread out. There is excellent wifi provided, makes working remote very easy. There is a very nice rooftop pool. The decore, the remote-control blinds and the stand-alone ice maker made this stay feel completely FIRST CLASS. On our next trip we will most definitely be booking this beautiful penthouse again. This place is a must see to believe! You and your party will not be disappointed!

Great location, awesome view, very spacious penhouse. However, we would not be back!!! False advertising about the pool. There is NO POOL. It has been abandoned for a while. The check-in lady is always half naked, and the master bedroom has huge roaches. Just not what we expected!!!madter
