Wonderful place to stay!Five minutes from airport, walking distance to restaurants,Casino and the beautiful beach of Isla Verde.I would had liked to stay longer to really enjoy the condo, but I did enjoyed the whole island w Family as well.Thank you Gia!

The host had great communication! Beds were very comfortable! The apartment was great for a family that needs easy beach access!

Overall, we had a very good stay. The listing was accurate, and the location is very close to the beach and only about an 8-minute ride to the airport, which made travel extremely convenient. But because of the close proximity to the airport, light sleepers may hear planes overhead at times. It didn’t bother us at all, but it’s something to be aware of.A couple of suggestions for improvement: both bathrooms would really benefit from added shower storage (such as a tension pole shower caddy or mounted shelves). There isn’t a good place to put toiletries, so everything ends up on the shower floor.It would also be nice to have a couple of throw blankets available for the couch when relaxing in the evenings.One important note: several people in our group were looking forward to using the pool. After reading past reviews, it appears the pool has been closed since Hurricane Maria. The pool should likely be removed from the listing until it is fully operational to avoid confusion for future guests.Gia was extremely responsive and a wonderful host. She answered questions quickly and made the entire experience smooth. We appreciated her hospitality and enjoyed our stay.

First I want to say that Gia is a really great host. She communicates well and is always available. The property is the perfect location, it’s close to great beaches, restaurants and spots like Piñones, Old San Juan and other activities. It’s definitely worth checking out if you are looking for value at a reasonable price. Also the beds are way too comfortable if you want to enjoy your vacation, they will having you sleeping in every day. However I’m a a bit critical when it comes to bathrooms whenever I stay away from home. Both bathrooms are pretty small and in the main bathroom the door frame to the door close to shower is rotted and takes away from the cleanliness of the bathroom. The shower walls look like someone drilled holes in them. There no where to place you soap or shower gel when in the shower. Overall the place was nice but you can tell it’s an older builder that could use some upgrades. So if you don’t mind a dated build with potential this your place.
