Deeded pier and boat lift, one car garage and private deck included. Two level, two bathrooms and a powder room, beautifully decorated house with all the necessary amenities to make a vacation stay special. Flat screen cable tv in the great room and in each of the two bedrooms, full-size washer and dryer, dishwasher and refrigerator. Trash pick up at curbside. Rental also includes free WiFi connection. Upgrades include: Culligan water filtration system (no need for bottled water during your stay), granite kitchen counter tops, luxurious wood flooring throughout the upstairs' bedrooms and stairwell, and ceiling fans throughout the house. We have stayed at this property for several years now for our week long family vacation. The property has always been well maintained, convenient and comfortable.

I can’t say enough good things about this property and Christina, the wonderful owner. We stayed for a month with our two golden retrievers. They loved the balcony in the morning and the many areas to walk.Christina is helpful, responsive and terrific to work with. The condo was perfect for us. It was such a treat to see the lights reflecting on the water every night when we went to bed.It was short drive to SPI when we wanted an island vibe and so peaceful when we returned. The pool is beautifully located and sunrises are spectacular. We will be returning next year.

Another amazing stay hosted by Christina! This well cared for house is close enough to the beach and just out of the way enough to escape the crowds. There is so much to do in the area! The home literally has everything you need - the kitchen is especially well stocked with cooking tools. My family had so much fun...it was hard to leave. We will be returning!
