This Harbor Town home is a 3 bedroom ,2.5 bath with 2 car garage located in the marina in as a eight-plex two story building with 1,760. sq. ft . It has a patio deck with a gas barbecue grill where you can sip your morning coffee and enjoy the sunrise . This Harbor Town home includes everything but you and your guest. You will find that this community is a quiet, peaceful and relaxing place to be with a short drive to the beach on South Padre Island. Entertainment amenities are cable, TV and WiFi throughout the home. It has central air conditioning, central heating, in unit laundry machines, parking and much more.
The master bedroom has a king bed with a flat 43" screen TV for nighttime viewing. It comes with a deep soaking tub and full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has Queen bed with a full bathroom in the hallway. There is also a half bath located on the first floor off of the living/kitchen area.
The South Padre Island Golf Club has a beautiful Golf Course, a driving range, Pro Shop, 3 heated pools( one pool is located at the Harbors, 2nd pool is located by the club house and 3rd pool is located by the HOA ofiice), a tennis court, a wonderful restaurant and a fitness room for your pleasure. You can take a quick stroll to the shared amenities at the South Padre Island Golf Course Club and enjoy a meal or happy hour at the restaurant. The community has a 24 hour gated security.

Property was available for last minute booking and I was very pleased. Location was very convenient to South Padre beach. I loved my view of gold course and lake from master bedroom patio. This property has all of the amenities advertised on listing. I will definitely book again my next visit to the area.
