Location is great. Staffs were nice and helpful.
Basic amenities (like tea bags) of a 3 star rated hotel were missing.
Parking is congested. If you have parked first then you might need assistance from other residing people or security staff to remove the vehicles behind your car.
Air conditioner in some rooms are drawing unpleasant air from the next room's toilet extractor fan, as they are adjacent in many rooms.

The location was perfect. Near to the temple. Comfortable and safe space. Staff were cooperative.
Intercom was not working. Had to call every time by mobile phone to reach reception. Parking provided was open. No wifi. None of the staff explained about the facilities available in the hotel. They charged for even couple of extra water bottles. TV was not working. Towels could have been more clean.
