Breakfast was good and location is awesome. Room size, staff behaviour and tranquility. I liked getting newspaper in the morning. Overall food and restaurant staff behaviour was good

Bit more neater bathrooms. Avaibility of packaged drinking water is limited.

It’s located at a very good place and easily walkable to the temple. The beds were comfortable and had hot water.

The rooms could have been bigger. The breakfast buffet they offered was not great option it did not even include masala dosa, the buffet did not have anything the made freshly looked like was made and stocked. I recommend you just order breakfast. The food was good. The waiters were horrible did not know how to serve or take an order. We entered the restaurant and sat for 15 mins and then I had to go call a waiter to come serve us.

The rooms were clean and well maintained. The hotel is within an 8–10 minute walking distance from the temple, which makes it reasonably convenient for a short stay.

The overall experience did not match the price paid. Check-in was disorganised, with mixed communication about the availability of an interconnecting room despite requesting it in advance and being initially told it was available. The staff attitude at the front desk felt rude and impatient (one lady in particular others were ok) especially during payment and ID verification. While ID for all guests is understandable, the way it was handled was unnecessarily unpleasant. The hotel is located right on a busy road, and there is constant traffic noise throughout the day and night due to poor sound insulation. Overall, better communication, hospitality, and noise control are needed.
