Friendly and very responsive owner who can speak English very well..
Location is good within 8-12 mins walk to ferry terminal, bus terminal and many good restaurants.
None - except that there is no lift that you need to carry your own luggage up to your room that’s located at level 3-5. But this is clearly stated in the booking page so no complain.

It was in a good central location for me.
I had to walk up 5 flights of stairs. Tough.

good location
The bed was quite uncomfortable, hard rigid spring bed. It was more comfortable to sleep on the floor with bedsheets/ blankets under us, and it was what we did.
On booking.com website it said they provided breakfast, they didn’t honour it and we were told they just forgot to update the change on the website. sounds a bit irresponsible. For as little as what we paid we didn’t expect to breakfast, but the business model just made it not a pleasant stay.
