Das Haus liegt in einer Einfamilienhaussiedlung mit einem schönen Garten und einem Pool. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder. Die Küche ist klein aber gut ausgestattet. Der Wohnraum ist ausreichend groß. Ein Vorraum mit Tisch und Stühlen ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Im Vorraum ist eine Kamera installiert, die jeder Bewegung folgt. Auf mehreren Nachbargrundstücken gibt es Hunde , die ausdauernd und sehr laut bellen. Die Zufahrt zu der Siedlung ist schwer zu finden.

Sobre todo el espacio exterior, con el jardín, la barbacoa, la piscina y el mobiliario exterior de sillas mesas y tumbonas.
La cocina también muy equipada y los dos salones confortables.
Las camas de la habitación doble eran demasiado pequeñas y la de matrimonio algo incómoda por estar pegada a la pared.
