The apartment was good value, clean and has an exceptional position directly on the sea front.
The apartment layout, namely the positioning of the only shower and basin in one of the two bedrooms, means that this 2 bed flat is only really suitable for a couple or possibly a family with 2 small children. This should be made clear in the property description. I don’t believe it is.

The name of the apartment is exaggerated. It's not a beachfront but more a marina or seafront apartment. And there is nothing special to name it deluxe.
