    Only stayed here for one night, but everything was made easy. I was able to check in a few minutes early which was nice. Location is very good. Easy walking distance to some fun parts of Chiang Mai.

    Excellent place close to the old city, quiet, very clean, amazing pool and an even more amazing all you can eat breakfast! I got a low season price… but definitely recommend

    Wow this was our favorite place we stayed so far. The vibe is great, pool is very nice, staff were super friendly and the room was comfy and well equipped. I really cant complain about anything and I slept like a rock on the comfy bed. The wifi is amazing also which is important for us as digital nomads. Overall 10/10 would reccomend staying here.

    We booked a family room and were told that our room was out of service when we arrived at the hotel at 9pm after a terribly long flight delay. No staff was present when we arrived and there was no phone number to call or bell to ring. Waited for 10 minutes before a staff came to the reception area and we were told to move to another room in another hotel 2 minutes down the road (!!!) Do we have a choice? Not the best option when you have to lug your luggage and tired young children (thankfully the staff did help) out the alley way and onto the main street again. Staff mentioned that email was sent out to us notifying us about the issue but no email was received (checked junk mail as well). When we came for our breakfast the following morning, we were not allowed to dine as the staff failed to tell us the actual room number that we were supposed to check in and the serving staff probably thought we were there for free breakfast after staying at another hotel. Communication should have been done between the reception and breakfast serving staff beforehand - as the serving staff could not understand English. Thankfully, the staff who checked us in the night before was present and we were allowed to dine eventually.
