Man hat wirklich alles was man braucht. Sehr gut ausgestattet und tolle Lage. Schlüsselübergabe war sehr unkompliziert. Beste Wohnung! :-)

Apartment had everything needed. Balcony was really nice! Bed was comfortable.
You could easily hear people talking and walking in hallway but it didnt bother me, just a heads-up. I also had to send copy of ID through email to them which isnt ideal considering security.

Wonderful accommodation! Everything was very clean, modern, and the location is perfect — very close to the city center. I always book this place whenever I’m in Tartu for work.

Clean, good facilities, good location.
There is actually no guaranteed private parking. This is a general parking space that may not be available. The ad is misleading. We would not have chosen this place if we had known this fact. The owner wrote privately that we would give feedback 10 points which is weird. They have put a list of things not to be done in the apartment and threatens to sue and the police. Kind of cringe. The attitude of owner is the only reason why we would not go back, the apartment is fine.
