First and foremost, I didn't like the host I ABSOLUTELY LOVE HER!!! Jana is very accommodating and very easy to speak with. Her condo is located in almost everywhere I wanted to visit. I'm not a big fan of malls but hey it's just around the corner. I would definitely reach out to Jana again when I go back in Philippines in April 2027. Jana, I should've taken that painting in the condo!! LOL!! THANK YOU, JANA!!!
The only thing I didn't like and it's out of Jana's control is the smoking situation. I'm a smoker (Yes, I know it's a bad habit, but who doesn't have a bad habit?) I could not smoke in the street!! I guess Philippines has an ordinance in certain cities that you cannot smoke even if you are outside the street. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay in her condo.

Responsive host.
There are few insects in the unit. However, considering the reasonable price, it was still good value for money. It would be beneficial for the unit owners to work together to implement a regular pest control program to help prevent insects.

- kind host with easy communication - clean room - free drinking water - well equipped
- cockroaches - moldy shower curtain - WiFi was not working at all
