there should really be a step-stool in the kitchen. The cupboards are high, I could barely reach them and I'm not really that short.

The stay was absolutely fantastic. The place was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable everything was exactly as described. The location was perfect, right in the city center, which made it super convenient to get around. The host was amazing and always ready to help with anything related to the stay. I really appreciated the smooth communication and attention to detail. I highly recommend this place and would gladly return in the future.
The stay was fantastic overall clean, comfortable, and in a perfect central location. The host was always helpful and responsive, which made everything smooth. If I had to mention one small thing to improve, it would be “exact location “. But honestly, it didn’t affect my experience I’d definitely stay here again.

Conrad was easy to contact and happy to help. The room had what I needed.
The location didn't feel safe. The entrance to the block of flats was hard to find. It should be made clear from the beginning that it is a flat shared with other guests.
