Spacious, clean room with helpful staff/owners. Breakfast was nice and it was possible to wash clothes as a service. Communication was easy as they were speaking English very well. The hotel is situated behind a warehouse but it was a totally safe area and easy to reach from a busy road.

Hotel leží v klidné a tiché lokalitě. Pokoj byl krásný a čistý. Velmi oceňujeme pomoc personálu, který nám zařídil taxi na začátek treku k jezeru Ala-kul. Také jsme si zde po dobu treku mohli bezplatně uschovat zavazadla.

The owner was super friendly and helpful. She helped us book taxis and gave us a lunch box for breakfast when we had to depart early. The room was spacious, new and very clean. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Each day we had something different. Location was a bit out of town but still easy to walk to. Highly recommended this place to stay. Great value for money.
