    My stay at this hotel was disappointing overall. The room had an unpleasant odor, and I even spotted a cockroach once during my stay. Housekeeping was not performed daily, and basic hygiene standards seemed lacking. There was no handwash provided in the washroom, and I noticed a gutka stain in one corner. The room had almost no natural sunlight or ventilation, which made it feel quite stuffy. While the bedding was not visibly dirty, it did not feel particularly clean either. The hotel staff was also not very cooperative. Despite requesting an early check-in, we were made to wait for a considerable amount of time without much assistance. On the positive side, the hotel's location is convenient, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Hot water was available throughout the day, and a drinking water kiosk was provided, which was helpful. Overall, the hotel needs significant improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service.

    Had a very bad experience with the receptionist. Even after paying the early check in amount, he said if someone more amount to book the room before the check in time of yours then I will handover the keys to them and will refund your amount. This is a very bad behaviour from the receptionist. The AC is not working and it doesn't has its vents. The bathroom was disgusting. I don't suggest anyone to check in this hotel. Unfortunately I didn't take the pictures of the room else I would have posted them here

    Room wasn’t hygienic at all and service isn’t good too, there’s no proper transportation facilities from the hotel. People who have own vehicle it’s fine
