We had breakfast inc in our price anbd able to have cereal and breads etc for breakfast aswell as lots of other choices. Lovely big room very clean and safe. Convenient for station or exploring the lovely town. We used the hotel parking too. Would def recommend

Hotel rooms are clean, well set out and relatively spacious, with awesome shower/bath combination. Location is great and less than a 5 minute walk to Toyama Station, which allows to easily connect to local trains, trams and Shinkansen lines. Stayed here before and would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are lovely and located nearby Toyama station. Good for value. However, I would like to point out the very unprofessional and irresponsible handling of the customer parcels during my stay. Upon check-in on the day of my stay, I approached the hotel staff to collect my parcels and was told that they have returned all my parcels to the courier company without my consent and knowledge, just because they could not match the same guest name on the parcels to their record. As I have past experience sending parcels to the hotels in Japan, I would indicate the check-in guest name with the check-in date as the recipient, and never had any issue with the other hotels in Japan. Despite the possibility that there might be technical issue that the guest details in Agoda.com was not reflected correctly in the hotel record, but it is very unprofessional return my parcels to the courier company without keeping any proof or tracking number or whatsoever, nothing! I had to write email to the merchant by myself to check the explain the entire situation and whereabout of my parcel. Luckily, the merchant decided to refund me the value of my purchase. Since the customer already indicated the check-in date on the parcel clearly, hotel should at least keep in view until the check-in date and wait for the customers to come and collect the parcels. I am shocked that how could this happen to a 4-star hotel.
