Büyük Konak İzmir

The views are amazing and the apartment is spacious. Our host was super friendly and helpful and went out of his way to help us with washing and organising a VERY early taxi ride to the airport 🥰

It's quite a trek uphill to get to the apartment. I enjoyed the walks uphill and it made the views! But could be challenging for some. There are bus stops nearby, we just didn't use them 🥰

The rooms were amazing. I had a room with a sea view, and it came with a double bed and beautiful furnishing. I wasn't expecting the room to have such great kitchen facilities and such a big bathroom. The air conditioning was a life-saver, since I was staying in summer. The location is good, but it is located on top of a hill (hence the ocean views), so if you have mobility limitations you should keep this in mind. The owners of the property were really communicative and went above and beyond to assist me ordering food during my stay. The view from the roof top is also next-level. You can see the whole of Izmir.

The location is great, but it is a steep walk to the hotel from the nearby train station.

Amazing view! Great space for families! Close to a great coffee shop and a short walk down the hill to Konak square, markets and restaurants. We loved our stay!

Just a few little things would have helped- olive oil, body wash, bottled water on arrival, booklet about restaurants/cafes and attractions nearby, locks on kitchen and balcony doors, diffuser in the room

The location of the property was just amazing. The owners were kind enough to accommodate our request of checking in.

The basic amenities were missing — such as toiletries, extra towels, and a contact number to request them. The property also needs renovation, particularly the bathrooms and sitting areas, which had a noticeable musty smell.
