Spotless apartment, good location. Modern looking, just like the pictures . Kitchen has pretty much everything you’d need for basic cooking. Bathroom nice shower, plenty of hot water. Bed was very comfortable. Place is ideal for 2 people. Walking distance to most places you would visit and public transportation. Lots of local cafes and restaurants nearby. A 24hour bakery/cafe next door. The young man and the 2 girls that ran the place were very nice . Replied quickly to questions. Would stay again.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor, no elevator. Didn’t bother us but not for anyone with mobility issues.

The host is immediately responsive and very helpful.
The location was not as convenient as expected, as public transport was not within easy walking distance. The neighbourhood appeared quite old and lacked cleanliness in some areas, which affected our overall impression of the stay.

We stayed 3 nights. Very spacious, clean. We were able to open two large suitcases easily on the floor. Fresh water was supplied daily, which is a kind courtesy. We were very grateful for modern washing machine, detergent and clothes hanger frame. Host was easily available and gracious. Location was good. Easy to reach Smyrna ruins or Ataturk museum within 30 minutes each. Lots of good eateries nearby.
Bathroom and shower small but very clean. Our room on 4th floor only stairs no lift (as advertised, but we didn't notice.) Host was quickly available to take cases up for us anyway.

it is centeral, close to the park. in 20 minutes you can walk to the beach.
The view from the back side is very bad. the building was very noisy also the area was very noisy. we couldn’t open the bedroom certains as there was an abandoned building behind.
