The host is immediately responsive and very helpful.
The location was not as convenient as expected, as public transport was not within easy walking distance. The neighbourhood appeared quite old and lacked cleanliness in some areas, which affected our overall impression of the stay.

We stayed 3 nights. Very spacious, clean. We were able to open two large suitcases easily on the floor. Fresh water was supplied daily, which is a kind courtesy. We were very grateful for modern washing machine, detergent and clothes hanger frame. Host was easily available and gracious. Location was good. Easy to reach Smyrna ruins or Ataturk museum within 30 minutes each. Lots of good eateries nearby.
Bathroom and shower small but very clean. Our room on 4th floor only stairs no lift (as advertised, but we didn't notice.) Host was quickly available to take cases up for us anyway.

Perfect location. Nice apartment. Comfortable and easy to find. Good comments with the host. We also liked the patio - a very nice place to chill out after a day of sightseeing.
We lost the internet connection one evening, but apart from that everything was perfect.
