I had issue with this property. I was informed it was renovated which they advertise as a new property, however, so far all my trip on Agoda, this is the worst I have ever experienced. 1. The staff said, need to pay cash for Malaysia tourism tax (20 RM), as I am not local and holds Indian passport. To some extend acceptable. 2. The house was full of cockroaches (if needed) I can send video as well. The cockraoches followed me from Malaysia to Hong Kong in my luggage / spare shoes. 3. The place was really really dirty, as if it was closed for years. 4. No cleaning was done for months maybe, when I walked on floor, broken glass piece went into my toe. Complete chaos. 5. The washoom, the sofa, the kitchen, it was in such poor condition that anybody who even consider 10% of hygine in his or her life will run from place, as a result I spend 8-12 hours in total of 48 hours to avoid further experience. 6. No wifi info was shared. 7. The towel was really gave me feeling that, it was either over-used or maybe 10 years old. Broken chairs / broken sofa / broken cabinet. I dont know what else I should write to share ordeal.
