    The hotel is slightly removed but a manageable 15 minute walk. Rooms in the premier tower are very large although slightly dated. The onsen is well-managed. The breakfasts are the stars. The Japanese restaurant includes fresh tempura, several versions of sashimi. crab rice. The Western restaurant labels sashimi "carpaccio" and no pickled vegetables or tempura. More than made up with freshly grilled pork or beef steaks, tapas, etc. You can change from one to the other if you stay several days. Western restaurant is much calmer environment. The only downside to the breakfast feast is you will not have room for uni [sea urchin] at the early morning markets near the train station. The local fish market near the hotel might satisfy your late morning uni craving [2 uni in the shell for 1200 yen]. Would stay again.

    Absolutely loved everything..our room was just lonely, breakfast utterly delicious, staff so gracious. Only wished we could have stayed longer. Will stay there again in a heartbeat.

    Stay here for a few nights. We enjoyed the hot spring. Good size and clean. The highlight was the morning buffet. We had the Japanese version and it was great. Seafood rice, sliced beef and duck, variety of drinks, including wines. More like a dinner buffet! Room was good sized with cooking facilities. Washing machine too. We’d come back to stay here. The only complaint was the wifi was hopeless, literally unusable.

    Bad WiFi. Superior room did not come with washing machine. No dishwashing soap n sponge. No knife and cutting board.
