Receptionist was rude and unhelpful in their tone whenever we called up, every ask seemed too much and a lot of huffing and puffing. No room service during our stay when we asked for towels they promised they would bring some but did not so we had to reuse old towels. Accomodation was basic and suitable for our needs and value but the service lets it down. Complex outdoor environment was beautiful and green.

Great basic accommodation Older style cabin but it was clean and spacious. Gardens were beautiful and it had a great pool and outdoor area.

8 / 10Excellent·Sep 2026

We loved our garden view log cabin, it was very spacious. We loved the tropical feel with all the plants, the peacocks, turkey's roaming around, the pool & spa was a good size and the location was in walking distance to the marina.

6 / 10Average·Sep 2026

This is not plush accommodation but for the price it meets the budget conscious traveller. The grounds are tropical with local wildlife for interest. The room was large but dated with nowhere to hang clothes. The double bed had uncomfortable springs. Perhaps adding a pillow top would help.
