    Really nice pool. Room was fair. Liked the AC, free water and the private patio, didn't love that the mattresses weren't lifted off the floor, didn't love the crazy amount of bugs in the bathroom. I thought at first maybe they didn't clean it, but i was too hot and tired to care. 99% were dead, so i hosed them away with the bidet and called it a night. Next day there was another pile of dead ants in there. Couple of live flying ones. But i kept the door closed and wasn't really bothered. Didn't like finding a small dead cockroach one morning. In short, be careful with food and trash. If you book, pay attention to their notes about electricity - this controls the hot water, too. Re: Tonsai, note that it is a little difficult to get a boat from the beach to Ao Nang, especially for 1 person. Basically, it's 700 baht per boat, so you either wait for 6 other people to mosey over or you just pony up 700. (Or you schlep the trail to Railay.) Note that there is an L shaped wall that lines the road up to the hotel starting on the left side. So either you walk up from the far left side of the beach (facing inland) or you can cut through the resort on the right (past the rock climbing shop) and through the bungalows until you see an door and car opening in the wall. This route from the hotel to the path to Railay takes about 10m. Then it's another 10m on the path. Note the tide times, because you will be wading through water at high tide. Especially if its a moon tide. Plan accordingly. If you like flavor in your food, be sure to order it extra spicy, the local restaurants seem to water down their recipes for blander tourist palettes.

    Lovely hotel in a beautiful location surrounded by incredible wildlife. Restaurants and bars right on your doorstep or you can take a short 15-20 minute walk to railay beach to find more if you like. Only a short 5 minute boat ride to ao nang. Lots of activities in the area including boat rides, rock climbing, kayaking and so on. Peaceful and relaxing. Very polite staff. Great for everyone no matter how you’re travelling, family’s, solo travel, couples. I’d definitely recommend staying here and I’d love to stay again.

    A Tonsai beach az egyik legszebb strand, azonban a szállás elvett az élményből. Amikor megérkeztünk a nagy bőröndjeinkkel, senki sem segített felvinni őket, a golfkocsis személyzet is csak bámult, illetve senki nem segített, hogy merre találjuk a szállást. A szállás igénytelen. Nem ment le a víz, el volt dugulva a csap, de senki nem jött megcsinálni, le volt törve a WC ülőke, és rengeteg csótány és hangya. Illetve a szállást csak hajóval lehet megközelíteni, nincs szárazföldi közlekedésre lehetőség
