    most of time were out of cups for drinks, the cups at the bar are dirty, not clean well. the buffet restaurant is too small for all the guest, and the food are not fresh.

    I recently had the pleasure of staying at Jaz Grand Marsa Alam, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding, and a significant part of our wonderful stay was thanks to Mr. Mohamed Galal. Mr. Galal, who works in the resturant team, went above and beyond to ensure our vacation was as perfect as possible. His professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail truly made a difference in our stay. He was always available to assist with any requests, whether it was providing information about the resort, recommending local excursions, or just making sure we were comfortable. His kindness and dedication really stood out and made us feel valued throughout our visit. As for the resort itself, Jaz Grand Marsa Alam exceeded all expectations. The facilities were top-notch, with spacious rooms, a variety of delicious dining options, and pristine pools and beaches. The staff were friendly, the entertainment was engaging, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and inviting. I would highly recommend Jaz Grand Marsa Alam to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway, and a special thank you to Mr. Mohamed Galal for making our stay so memorable
