Santa Catalina is on the route of the white villages of the Sierra de Cadiz, just 5 minutes from Villamartin and 10 from the town of El Bosque and 20 from Grazalema, which situates it between the mountains and the countryside.
The beach of Cadiz is at a distance of 50 minutes, and 30 from the Sherry speed circuit.
The house has two living rooms with fireplace, two bathrooms and four bedrooms. It also has spaces to walk on private roads and wonderful views, especially at sunset where you can see a beautiful sunset.
Sites of interest to visit; Alberite Dolmen 2 km away, considered the oldest in Europe, Matrera Castle 4 km. Sierra de Grazalema where you can see beautiful landscapes. Parish of Villamartín with more than 500 years of antiquity. Etc...

Buen sitio apartado de todo, para apsar unos días tranquilos. La piscina vallada y el cespec están superbien. Hay muchas habitaciones con camas, 2 cuartos de baño y 2 grandes salones.

Fuimos 10 personas un fin de semana y la casa cumplió y superó todas las expectativas. El dueño siempre disponible y amable. La casa situada en lo alto de una colina rodeada de un cerro y campos de algodón. Totalmente aislada de otras casas, muy espaciosa y bien equipada y con todas las comodidades. Además el pueblo de villamartín con su mercadona a la entrada de la ciudad está a 5 minutos en coche. Perfecta para un fin de semana de naturaleza, reunión de amigos, fiesta o relax. Sin duda muy recomendable!

Como comento en el titulo de la opinión, lo pasamos "genial". Somos un grupo de amigos y decidimos celebrar mi cumpleaños en una casa rural y creo que dimos en el clavo. Santa Catalina es lo ibamos buscando, un sitio en el que ubiera espacio para pasear y no tubieramos vecinos que nos molestasen ni a los que molestar ya que ibamos en plan de marcha y pasarlo bien. MI perro disfrutó como nunca, hasta el punto que a la hora de marcharnos, no se queria subir en el cohe.
La casa es estupenda y tiene dos grandes salones con chimenea sobre todo una de ellas es enorme.
Tambien tiene una gran barbacoa en la que nos pusimos pujos de carne a la brasa. El paisaje es maravilloso y sobre todo tiene una puesta de sol increible.
Enfín ha sido un fin de semana para no olvidar así que pensamos volver sin duda alguna.
Agradecerle a Sebastián (el propietario) lo bien que nos ha tratado.
