Pretty well located pension, in the middle of the Gothic District - Close to the subway and interesting places within walking distance. The staff was pretty helpful, and gave good hints on practical aspects of the city. Room service was very consistent during my long stay as well. Room was comfortable, with a good bed and a fan that was useful in the hottest days.
The bad within the good - The downside of the good location is the fact some drunk tourists wandering close to the place end up being noisy sometimes. But this is punctual and not something to ruin completely a night of sleep. Price is a bit hefty, but for Barcelona standards it really is a good value for money.

Perfect and kind staff, cleaning done everything, and the location was close to many stuff, tho a bit dangerous zone at nights
Kinda overpriced for the provided services and there were insufficient amount of plugs🔌. Me and my friend had to share charging

Superb location. Supermarket at the door. Access to kitchen. Has a lift which is rare in older buildings. Exceptionally clean. Barcelona is so incredibly expensive now.
Not unexpected, but paper thin walls. Fridge is not cold (could have to do with the old building and wattage) Milk turned in 3 days, so shop fresh each day.
