very nice villa, excellent and clean pool, great staff...

Die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich traumhaft. Vom Pool und der Terrasse aus, gibt es einen direkten Blick auf den Berg Athos und das Meer. In 5-20 Minuten erreicht man mit dem Auto die tollsten Strände. Die Betreuung des Hauses ist wirklich spitze und wir fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben. Der Supermarkt ist ca. 5 Autominuten entfernt. 3 der 4 Schlafzimmer sind im Untergeschoss, das war im ersten Moment etwas komisch aber dafür sind die Zimmer sehr kühl, leise und angenehm zum Schlafen. Einmal wurde auch unter der Woche die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher gewechselt. Damit hatten wir nicht gerechnet und das war wirklich super. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in diesem Haus Urlaub machen. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit!

Die Küche war wirklich nur mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet. Richtiges kochen (bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten) wäre nicht möglich gewesen. Aber das war kein großes Problem, da das Essen in den umliegenden Beachbars und in den Restaurants sehr gut war. Zwischen den Häusern gibt es nur wirklich eine kleine Abgrenzung. Also bekommt man die Nachbarn schon mit. Aber in unserem Fall waren die Nachbarn okay.

- The staff are very accommodating and friendly. It was a bit hard to communicate with them given that they did not know English, but we somehow understood each other. When we wanted something to clean the grill they took the grill and personally cleaned it which was very nice. When we asked them for a broom to clean up they came and cleaned up instead of us. - The view from the pool is very nice and the villas are surrounded by olive trees. The location is very isolated so it predisposes you to have a nice relaxing trip. - There was a grill, washing machine, cutlery, coffee machine, toaster, anything you'd really need. The toaster which we had did not work, so we told the staff and they immediately changed the toaster with a new one.

- We did not expect 3 out of the 4 rooms to be pretty much underground. - To reach the villa you have to go through a very run down road. The road made it so that whenever we wanted to leave the villa we would have to do so by car. - When we were handed the keys to the villa we were warned to keep it quiet and to not disturb the neighbors, but as they were telling us this the people renting the neighboring villa were playing some god awful music loud enough to be heard behind closed doors and windows. We were very unlucky with the people that had rented the villa next to us. They, not joking here, brought a drum which they beat alongside their music up to 3 in the morning and somehow when they woke up at 8 continued on with the music. On the third day we asked the staff to tell the neighbors to not be so loud during the nights.
