Lovely studio annex in Lilliput near Sandbanks

The property was beautiful, comfortable and very clean and lovely little garden terrace to relax and unwind with a glass of wine and book or a game of cards as the sun goes down , after a lovely day out in the lovely local areas and sandbank beach , Teresa gave us a very warm welcome and offered us a frothy coffee every morning and sent us a long list of all the nice places to eat or drink or visit while we stayed there , that was so helpful as we tried to fit it all in , so many lovely things to do and all so close in walking distance or a short open top bus ride back and forth to sand banks just down the road a short walk from the lovely Annex and the bus stop just past asda and facing Tesco , omg and the best patisserie we have ever been too , delicious 🤤Teresa and her husband were really nice and it was lovely to meet their beautiful little dogs Rocky and Pebbles the cutest and well behaved dogs 🐶 🐶 🥰 Everthing we needed for our 4 night stay , coffee , tea and sugar and milk , nice welcome touch , clean towels and comfortable bed , we are so looking forward to going back again next year as soon as much more to see , we run out of time , thankyou so much Teresa x

The location was superb. We enjoyed Lilliput village very much. It's a lovely residential area which is close to the marina and the beaches at sandbanks. It's also close to Poole harbour where you can do a day trip to Brownsea island - well worth doing.

Very good host, kind, very considerate, and gentle. Very clean place in a great location not far from Poole or the beach at Sandbanks. Quiet street. Skyglass TV very nice too. Highly recommended.
