New Dunhill Houseboat

I and my wife had a pleasant stay for 2 nights and then further one night while transiting back during our return from Amarnath yatra. At the price point it is a very good option. The owner Shakeel is a very good person and helped us in all manners possible including negotiating for shikara ride and two wheeler rental. His family also stays besides the boat, so it is quite safe.The houseboat is stationed on Dal lake and the view is quite good.Toilet and shower is attached to the room. Toilet facilities are not luxurious but clean for a budgetary houseboat stay.

Electricity in Srinagar goes off some times., so only minimal power backup will be available for mobile charging etc. However at the price point, the facilities are good.

I stayed here for almost 3 days and had a great experience. The host was extremely kind, helpful, and supportive throughout my stay. He even made us tea, which made us feel very welcome. The houseboat offers a beautiful view, and waking up to the lake was the highlight of the stay. For the price, it's one of the best budget stays I could find in Srinagar. If you're looking for an affordable stay with a warm and caring host, I would definitely recommend this place.

The only minor drawback was the bathroom setup, which could be improved. However, considering the budget-friendly price, it was manageable and didn't affect the overall experience much.

The properly is location near to mamta chowk so it havw good facility ample parking facilities available Mr. Shakeel is a Friendly and Nice Person The Cost is Very very Budget friendly and Good

Everything is Good but the area have little bit power cut issues in day time
