    Good location. Facilities look older than in the pictures. Furnishing needs update due to tear and wear. Apartment not properly cleaned.

    I rarely write negative reviews, but staying at this residence was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. 1) Inaccurate Information on Agoda: The listing on Agoda is completely misleading. For example, it stated that luggage storage was available. However, when we messaged them, they told us that the accommodation itself provides no service for this, and we had to pay an extra fee to use the building's paid storage service instead. 2) Dirty and Unsanitary: The cleanliness was terrible. The bathroom was covered in black mold, and the sofa had visible, disgusting stains everywhere the a/c very noisy at night. 3) Poor Room Quality: The curtains are not blackout curtains at all, letting in light early in the morning, and the windows have zero soundproofing, so you hear every noise from outside. EXTREMELY DANGEROUS – Rove Beetles (แมลงก้นกระดก): This was the absolute worst part. We found rove beetles in the room, which are extremely toxic and dangerous. A member of my family was bitten/exposed, suffered painful chemical burns/wounds, and had to be taken to the hospital for medical treatment! When we brought this severe issue to the hotel management, they casually brushed it off, saying "it's the rainy season so there are a lot of bugs," and only offered to send someone to spray the room. This total lack of responsibility for guest safety is unacceptable.
