Royal Pearl Marbella

Very good location: close to the beach, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarket, easy access to the main road, 20-30min walk to one of the best gyms in entire Spain. As for the apartment - this literally felt like you can live in this flat, not just stay on vacation. It has everything, everything you need. The place was clean and well maintained. The host is incredibly kind and flexible. I certainly recommend this place, for families, couples or single travellers.

Not much to say about what I didn't like. Perhaps the pillows in the main bedroom could be changed, but I cannot find anything else to say besides it's a nice place to stay.

El apartamento es amplio y está muy bien amueblado con todos los servicios necesarios, muy limpio.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in einer Wohnanlage, mit einer guten Lage, nicht weit vom Strand. Auch das Zentrum von San Pedro und ein größerer Supermarkt sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet (inkl. Küchenzubehör, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Staubsauger). Die zwei Schlaf- und Badezimmer waren ideal für unsere Familie mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Teenagern. Alles ist sauber und in gutem Zustand. Es gibt einen Außenpool, der für die Bewohner der gesamten Wohnanlage gedacht ist.

Leider besteht in der Wohnanlage keine Möglichkeit, Fahrräder abzustellen. Das sollte man bedenken, wenn man sich über mehrere Tage Fahrräder ausleihen möchte. Es gibt im zweiten Schlafzimmer keine Klimaanlage, der dort installierte Ventilator hat leider trotz Austausch der Batterien in der Fernbedienung nicht funktioniert ...
