Cockroaches, Cockroaches, Cockroaches!
Location to San Pedro town and 5 minute walk to the beach was great. Both swimming pools were very pretty and enjoyed by both children & adults.
Infested with Cockroaches. All over the kitchen, in every cupboard and even living inside an opening on the dishwasher! I feel bad for giving this review as it’s not a great one for the owner. Nevertheless I hope this helps other families while they sort out the infestation. The property is well decorated and the walls look nicely painted but every visit to the kitchen or the bathroom meant killing cockroaches. Not 1 but 8 roaches in one corner of the kitchen surface. There are 2 bedrooms and the wall between them is swarming with Ants that come out on both sides through cracks in the wall and door frame. Didnt have time to focus on these Ants as I was battling the cockroaches. Found 2 alive in the toothbrush holder in bathroom. Didn’t tell wife about that one! Bad value for money as this was twice the price of properties we stayed in previously only 5 mins walk away without cockroaches crawling through cracks in the walls or in the bedroom. Had to wash up clean cutlery and all cups and plates daily as roaches kept crawling in the cupboards. Ended up keeping all food incl cereals and crockery in the fridge just to keep it away from the cockroaches. On a positive note all the cockroaches were no bigger than 3cm. Most were 1-2cm. Now waiting on reply from Interhome & Booking.com as part of the complaint process.

We received poor information about the facility from the host. - Do we have parking? Where is the parking located? - What is the check-out policy? We were waiting on the host and she didn't appear. We were sending a text message and she gave us the information that we could leave the keys in the apartment.

Most enjoyable stay at Lorcisur Appartments, would consider using again.
We liked the ease of access to Puerto Banus, the beach and town centre
Beds could have been of better quality. We didn’t like the fact that the facility didn’t have pool-side loungers.
