The location is fantastic! Overall we enjoyed staying in this apartment.

We were provided two sets of keys - each had a key for the building door and a key to open the door to the apartment. We couldn’t get any of the keys to the building to work and only one of the apartment keys worked, although not particularly well. We used the app to open the building door throughout our stay and recommend that anyone planning a stay here plans to use the app for their entire stay. We were two people and there wasn’t enough hot water for both of us to take a shower.

Minor point. Maybe leave biscuits, or chocolate etc. for people who arrive after a long trip.

Great location and mostly well equipped Air con worked and there were toiletries/ washing up liquid etc

Keys not easy especially on arrival; labelling would have helped! Some damp Bedside lights; one had broken bulb and other was dangerous; we reported both and the dirty terrace with dead bird but despite promises nothing was done. Somebody attempted to enter property (keysafe evidence); again we reported. Power outage in property on last night; appeared electrics shorted but trip switch didn’t show; we were able to sort and it happened again but I suggest an electrician looks at it Great location and reasonable price but lack of responsiveness to issues raised is disappointing
