La vivienda cuenta con las comodidades suficientes para pasar allí unos días. Además está ubicada en un sitio excelente.
Al encontrarse en un sitio estratégico del centro ciudad, es complicado llegar con el coche.

La ubicación, a pocos metros de la plaza de las tendillas y de la Corredera.
Es un segundo sin ascensor no apto para carros de bebé ni para personas mayores con dolor de rodillas, pues las escaleras son empinadas y parece más bien un tercero. Los techos son muy altos y había sensación de humedad en el apartamento. Por otro lado, los enseres de limpieza, como escoba o fregona estaban bajo llave, por lo que nos impedía recoger migas de pan del suelo, por ejemplo. La cochera que incluye tiene un acceso por calles demasiado estrechas, propias del casco antiguo, no apto para vehículos más voluminosos, por lo que consultar antes de reservar, ya que, en nuestro caso, fue una decepción. Y eso que nuestro vehículo es normal (tipo seat león).
