Confort, situation, ascenseur, propreté et des attentions comme les parapluies a disposition dans l'entrée et la présence d'un filet pour faire les courses.
La prise de contact qui est vraiment très impersonnelle et la communication un peu difficile, mais il faut malheureusement s'habituer à ce type de relation.

C'est une location d'appartement, l'appartement est bien équipé et bien décoré. Il est très propre. Le "Palace" a fait l'objet d'une rénovation correcte. L'appartement se situe au 5ième étage. Il faut aimé les lieux avec une histoires. Mais on n'a accès à aucun commun. L'ancien hotel a fait l'objet d'une découpe. La vue donne sur la place de la Poste et l'Hotel de Ville au loin.
Le sol de la salle de bain est une patinoire. Il faut être prudent. C'est très mal insonorisé. Fenêtres et portes. La porte d'entrée est une porte simple en bois d'époque, mais surtout les fenêtres ne filtrent aucun son. C'est pas la ville la plus animée du monde loin de là, mais au petit matin vous avez les bips des camions et autour de minuit les voitures énervées qui battent un record de vitesse dans la ligne droite.
