Darling little unit. It was like a studio apartment. Fridge, electric kettle, microwave, table and chairs. They supplied towels, and amenities. I never saw any staff. I only stayed one night during a long transfer. Super clean and comfortable. I basically only slept there, so I didn't get the explore the area much, but you can walk to the Unseo Station.
One thing to remember, and totally my fault for not realizing it, no adaptors. I was traveling between Japan and the US, and they have compatable plugs. I couldn't charge my phone or laptop. I was in transit, but if you want to stay, make sure your plugs are compatable or you bring an adaptor.

Perfect stay before an early flight. Taxi to airport is 15mins and not expensive. Comfortable room. Modern, clean, toiletries provided, great host communication. Lots of nearby shops and restaurants for dinner/breakfast. Would definitely stay again.
The walls are thin so you can hear the neighbours clearly.
