Warm welcome by Jon, the host. Breakfast bits in the fridge. Parking right outside. Cosy studio apartment.

Jon was a friendly and welcoming host, and the room was comfortable and clean. Location was perfect for easy access to the Avenues, city centre and University. Kitchenette and bathroom stocked with all the amenities and provisions you might need.

Absolutely gorgeous apartment.

This apartment is absolutely gorgeous and has been very cleverly designed. It’s clean, bright and airy and had everything we needed for our stay, Jon is an outstanding host from the very start of our booking. He is thoughtful, flexible and very kind. If I ever happen to be in the area again, I would definitely stay again.

I had an incredible stay. John helped with an early checkin. Extremely warm. Very approachable. More than anything the comfort he extended was phenomenal. Would knock everytime he would come. I didn't feel I was bothering him whenever I had something to ask for. Fridge was filled with good healthy breakfast. Kitchen and the studio had everything necessary. If not, John would make things easier by being there and helping physically or virtually. Would definitely recommend. Stay blessed🙌 P.s best thing about that room was that personalised Board.

A well designed self-contained studio apartment close to all the amenities of Princes Avenue

A well designed self-contained studio apartment close to all the amenities of Princes Avenue and the park. Every detail has been carefully thought through. Several options were provided for breakfast. Jon, our host, called me the day before our arrival to advise me on how to find the property and how to get in in his absence. He is very friendly and obviously cares about the enjoyment and comfort of his guests. We liked Princes Avenue and enjoyed a lovely lunch at Marla's Sandwich Shop (so much more than a sandwich shop).

It's quite a long walk into town and I found Spring Bank en route quite challenging in terms of personal safety. If that's something that concerns you, I recommend that you take a coffee somewhere on Princes Avenue and call an Uber.

We received a very warm welcome, Jon was very helpful and gave several helpful suggestions for places to eat, one of which we chose and really enjoyed. Great attention has been paid to the finishing touches that may the stay complete.

The apartment was brilliantly decorated with lots of lovely little touches. Big comfy bed, sofa and fully equipped kitchen

Fantastic location for Princes Avenue, which is what we were after. Very friendly host with a warm welcome. Very comfortable bed, a bit difficult to get out of it! Everything you could need , spotlessly clean and comfortable place.

I really liked the place. Would choose it again.

Everything was so nice and welcoming! I was really happy that Jon came to meet me, even though I arrived long after the time initially stated. He was really nice. The little extras in the fridge were much appreciated, so I had a good breakfast without paying extra.

The shower was rather weedy so it took me ages to wash and condition my hair...

The host was amazing. The room was really nice. Little dust in areas but apart from that, everything was amazing! Room was comfy and well rounded. There was some snacks as well provided which was awesome. Would 100% recommend.
