At the end of the long and scenic driveway of the property, you will find villa Mariò.
Wifi is present all over the villa.
The house of 125sqm, is on two levels.
Entering through the front door we find a great environment as the living area with fireplace, which leads directly to a modern fitted kitchen in every detail.
In the lower level we still have three bedrooms, two doubles and one single, and two bathrooms. Upstairs attic we find a double bedroom and a bathroom.

Outside the villa is surrounded by large terraces, where you can spend the day, relaxing in the sun or enjoying the typical dishes of Sicilian cuisine.
Inside the large park, amidst orange and olive trees, our swimming pool for the exclusive use of the villa stands majestically.

The photos do not do this place justice! It is up on a windy hill (automatic cars preferable :) it is in a more private area that isn’t very walkable because of the hills however it is in close proximity to the old town area- a 10 min drive. Very beautiful estate, well maintained and clean. Helpful and friendly property manager and owner. Dog on site that has their own area friendly, no bother at all and the owner checks in a couple times a day and maintains grounds. Highly recommend ! We’re already hoping to plan a trip back to stay here!

Villa Mario was absolutely incredible! This traditional Italian home offers so much space—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. Everything was spotless and perfectly maintained. The pool and dining area were definite highlights of our stay. Communication with Monica, the manager, was fantastic and she was incredibly helpful throughout. We would definitely recommend Villa Mario to others looking for a memorable getaway!

Wow! The photos of this property don’t do it justice. The views of the sea and mountains are spectacular. The gardens are humongous and beautifully kept. The house has everything you need, is clean, comfortable and welcoming. We spent many days relaxing by the pool. Great for kids and adults alike. Cefalu is 10 mins drive away. Beautiful old town steeped in history. So many lovely beaches near by which are great for snorkelling. Really can’t fault the house and you get a bonus resident dog called Stella. Highly recommend.

Villa is nice and as described .
However if you are hoping for a peaceful rest with lots of sleep this is not the place to stay.!,
2 large Dogs are kennelled in the garden 20 metres from the villa
Every night from about 2.00 am to 5.00 am they barked continually
Setting off neighbors dogs .the dogs are kept in the kennel 23.5 hours a day . This is not how I would treat my pet , I am a dog owner and sorted our dog out whe n we went away ,I did not expect to find 2 large dogs left on the property we rented , and then to be woken every night by the commotion of dogs barking all night.
Very disappointing after 5/6 holidays with home and away our worst experience .
