The Space:
Enjoy some of the best views in Moab from the second floor patio at Castle View, thoughtfully situated on the edge of the Moab Golf Course. This roomy bi-Level, 3-Bed, 2 Bath townhome will host you and your travel companions in comfort and style. If you spend any time indoors, you’ll find yourself indulging in a castle away from home, relaxing in a spacious living area with a full media entertainment center, a cozy fireplace, sunny dining area, and fully-equipped kitchen.
Head home from your adventures to a shower room and laundry facilities with convenient access to a single-car garage. You’ll soon be relaxing with a cool drink on your private patio. While dinner sizzles on the BBQ, feast your eyes on the color contrasts between the red rocks, lush green grass and restful hues of the shady pond at the golf course. Every room offers a different angle from which to view your spectacular surroundings!
No pets are allowed in this unit. If you’d like to bring a pet with you, please inquire about Moab Lodging Vacation Rentals' wide variety of pet-friendly options.
Cancellations will result in a minimum $45 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival carry up to a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations within 2 days of arrival carry up to a 100% cancellation fee. There are no refunds given for inclement weather, flooding, natural disasters, loss of power, etc that are beyond human control. All efforts will be made to keep you comfortable; if we need to move you to another location, we will do so if possible, given availability.
Castillo De Las Rocas Properties have access to a seasonal shared pool. It is controlled and operated by the Homeowner Association. While there are specific dates that they are scheduled to be ‘open’ there can be closures caused by inclement weather and/or equipment failure. Such closures are completely out of the control of Moab Lodging and Property Management. No refunds are given because of an inability to access swimming pool or hot tub facilities.
Guest Access:
All of our units utilize self check-in procedures. You will receive instructions for locating your unit and gaining entrance through your Airbnb portal as well as via email once booked. All of our units have either a lock-box by the front door or digital locks on the doors.
The Neighborhood:
Moab is your gateway to adventure. Our famous national parks, Arches and Canyonlands, are just a short drive away. Hiking, Biking, Rafting, and Off-roading are all accessible from Moab.
Getting Around:
You will want a car to get you to all our wonderful outdoor activities. We have properties located right in downtown that are walking distance to our stores and restaurants. We also have properties located just minutes from downtown that will give you closer access to the golf course, trails, etc.
Other Things to Note:
Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Please don't try to attempt to access your unit prior to 4:00 PM. Our housekeepers need time to make the units as nice as possible for you.
Interaction with Guests:
You can call us with any questions. We're just minutes away, but we won't bother you unless you need us.

The townhouse is located in a nice and quiet area. The 3 bedrooms are very comfortable and roomy. However, it needs to be cleaned better( dusty) and was missing some essential items.

There were no check in instructions provided at all, had to spend a while on the phone just to get the host on the line. Make sure you ask for check in instructions well before checking in. They were not provided like they are on other vacation rental sites.
