La tranquillité, l’espace, la vue mer , la terrasse, bref le cadre et la douche extérieure.

Manque de verre (4 verres pour 4 personnes ) et pas de possibilité d’utiliser le four et la Clim en même temps sinon ça disjoncte … mais tout le reste était très bien.

Pulizia, dimensione delle stanze, mobili puliti e moderni, attrezzature nuove, portico grande e grandi spazi. Silenzio e tranquillità

We stayed in early May so it was a quiet time in Sampieri (perfect in many ways) and we experienced some unusually severe weather which meant we spent more time indoors perhaps than if visiting in the summer. It is best as an outdoor place. That said, we loved our stay at Villa Gio. Carmella the host was charming and incredibly helpful in every sort of way which made a big difference. The house is simple, clean and practical. The kitchen facilites are all that is needed for very simple catering. Also the wifi is excellent. A lovely garden. It is a quiet, private location but incredibly convenient for Sampieri and the sea. It proved an excellent base for visiting other towns in the area, especially by train as the station is close and makes it easy to reach Siracusa, Scicli, Modica, Noto etc.

Buona posizione, bella vista sul mare, bel portico

Doccia scomoda, aria condizionata non funzionante, molti insetti, fornelli piccoli, mansarda bassissima e caldissima collegata alla casa da una scala esterna e scomoda. Spazi esterni poco curati
