Prima rustige locatie met aparte slaapkamer, badkamer, woonkamer en keuken. Van hieruit fietstochten gemaakt in de omgeving.

Het terras bij het huisje, de inrichting van het huisje, de locatie op zich
Het kookgerei; er waren een paar kookpannen waarvan de deksels ontbraken. Ook waren een paar keukenlades (o.a. onder de oven) niet echt schoon.
