Convenient location for what we needed it for.

My husband and I chose this location because it was around the corner from our daughter who lives in Eindhoven. So it was really convenient. We liked the easy access to the front door and our room. Clean bathroom. Good shower. The host was very pleasant.

There were no closets to put our clothes for 4 days. No cleaning service our entire stay. These were the only negatives.

Not good but not terrible

The location is great. Neat city center, near Central Train Station. It is easy to find. The area was quite, the bed comfortable. The host was ok.

The fact that the room had a privat bathroom, but you had to leave your room and go into the bathroom from the hall. On the same floor there was another room, so there was a chance that when I came out of the shower I would meet another person. The bathroom did not have a sink (only toilet and shower) the sink was in the room. This is not a hotel, this is a house where the owner lives with his family and gives out a few rooms.

I am satisfied with my stay. The location is wonderful - in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, yet only a 20-minute walk from the center of the city. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. It met my initial expectations. An unexpected pleasure were the paintings and sculptures on the staircase and in the room.

The room window was not well sealed, but that didn't cause me a problem.

A peaceful oasis

The house is in a very peaceful area, that you can reach in 10/15 minutes walking from the city center. The owner is very friendly and available for any needs. At the same price is rare to find accomodations in the city and with the private bathroom. There is a also a water kettle and coffe machine. Even if the room is not particularly big, there is everything you need and well organized. I'll definitely choose this place again if I need again an accomodation in the city.

Since there are other rooms for other customers at the same floor, it can happen to hear noises if people come home later in the night. I report this since it can bother some people (it was not a problem at all in my case).

Exceptional

Staying at the Boutiquehotel feels like visiting friends. The villa is in a wonderfully quiet area, but you reach the city centre very easy - a lovely walk at „Parklane“ and you are there. We will be back in case we come to Eindhoven again.

Location, Ambience, our host Jose was very accommodating and hands-on The Hotel is made with lots of love and passion, with music lovers who can enjoy records Or CD. The beauty was the loft area.

We had booked 2 rooms for 6 of us. Wash room was inufficient for 4 of us considering the occupants

Perfect location to relax and discover the city!

Location was good, in a quiet area, close to the city center and train station. The room was nice, clean and spacious . The host is very friendly and helpful.

Every thing was ok, except.... the weather 😊 but we got used to it in the end, so we definitely will love to visit again.

Jos was very welcoming and a great host for my whole trip. The hotel was in a beautiful and quiet location but a short walk away from the city centre. A perfect room for a solo traveller, very comfortable, clean and convenient. No faults at all and would highly recommend. I look forward to coming back to stay again!

superb location in beautiful and safe area of town, easy walking distance to the city centre. Found a free parking spot close by as described (only 1 street next door is free parking, the rest is paid). Very kind owner who arranged an earlier checkin.

Unclear to me if there are any common rooms or if it’s just the bedroom? No info on the WiFi (at least not in the room), indeed very cold at night (I’m used to more blankets in winter) took a long time to warmup and fall asleep. Not cheap for a B&B without breakfast.
