About this house rental

This Ranch style duplex is located on the south side of Savannah on a very large lot, 10 minutes from downtown and 30 minutes to Tybee Island. Close to shopping and Lake Mayer, a park with jogging track, fishing, tennis and basketball courts. Fully furnished with a small kitchenette and plenty of kitchenware, basic cable tv with Netflix and WIFI. Sorry no smoking inside the house. This is an older house and not handicap accessible. This house was built in 1977 and doorways are very small not chair accessible. No Pets Allowed. There is a newly installed Ring Door Security. It is turned on for your arrival and turned off after you arrive.

Lori was great. She was super responsive and even shared her chairs, ice chest, and umbrella for us to take to the track meet. The house was charming and very comfortable!!!
