From the moment we arrived it felt like being at home :) Sarah’s a lovely lady, Richard very friendly too, the welcome was genuine and with much warmth. There was even a fire in the downstairs hall, a lovely touch. We sat on the veranda with a cup of tea (fresh milk!!) and thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful sunshine.
The house is beautiful, Arts and Crafts period ? Our room was beautiful, the bed so comfy, my partner loved the bath!! Added bonus of the two doggies who we loved xx
Dinner at Martha’s Vineyard down in town was lovely, especially the Mandarin sorbet from local company Scoop, if only it travelled :(sadly we only realised upon return there was 10% discount). I just wish it wasn’t for sale, and we didn’t live so far away, as we’d stay again in a heartbeat xx

The property is welcoming, friendly and immaculate throughout. My bedroom was fantastic. Spacious, with all amenities and a really comfortable bed.
The breakfasts are incredible. Home cooked and everything done just as you like it.

Fabulous two nights here , our room was lovely, the cooked breakfast is very good, the host great, would love to return one day but probably not be the same as the b&b is up for sale.
Couldn't fault it at all.
