The Park Hotel

Lovely one night stay with a very tasty roast dinner, lovely staff throughout and fantastic views.

Stunning views, a very clean/well kept hotel with really friendly and attentive staff. Big benefit was the swimming pool and EV charging. We will return when we visit Tenby.

We loved the cliff top location of the hotel with excellent view from the terrace, beautiful garden, comfortable lounges, delicious food, friendly staff, private parking.

I would not recommend their standard room that we had. This was very small room on the top floor with uncomfortable step along the length of the room that made walking area even smaller.

Location

Room was miss sold , the room we had booked had an unrestricted view of the harbour . The room they gave us was on the first floor with a very restricted view because of the trees . When we went to reception they blamed Booking.com for displaying the wrong room . Moved us for the second night and was still not the same room but wasn't offered a refund for the mistake . Nice hotel but I wouldn't have paid the price I did for the two rooms if I had known . I specifically choose the room and paid the money for that view as i am a fisherman and wanted to sit and watch the boats early morning. I feel very let down at there excuse in blaming booking .com . Surely as a buisness you look at your own advertising and I feel I was totally misleading twice . Beautiful hotel ,very clean , lovely gardens .
