Great apartment. Only stayed a couple of nights in the summer as a family of 5 with our Labrador. Great location and partial views over the lake. Right next to the Gondola so ideal for skiing. It is quite small for 5 as you then have to use the lounge. Perfect for 2 x adults and 2 x kids. 1 x small double and bunk beds in the hall Wifi didn't work which was not great but other than that it was just what we needed and excellent value for money. Dog Friendly but was very clean and you would not have known pets had been there. We took our own bedding as was quite expensive to hire if only staying a couple of nights

Wifi not working. I seemed to get emails about my stay every day for the 2 weeks before, Some had conflicting comments about whether payment had been taken. They came via Booking so not sure what was going on. Then found out a few days before arriving that the 300 Euro security deposit had to be paid in cash. The agent was not going to be around when we were leaving so this would not have worked out. They never took one from us in the end. This is managed by a company so surely in this day and age the deposit could be charged to the same credit card the booking was made with?

A fuir ! Expérience plus que déplaisante

Absolument rien

Frais supplémentaires demandés pour le ménage et les draps qui représentent +50% de la facture Le propriétaire demande un virement de 300euros pour la caution, pas une pre auto mais bien un virement. Au vue de toutes conditions pas très claires lors notre réservation, nous avons contacté l'agence et le propriétaire mais l'affaire nous a vite paru louche. Nous avons décidé de ne pas nous présenter et perdre nos 230euros de réservation car la propriétaire a essayé de nous intimider avec la caution . Sans compter les propos plus que déplacés sur nous.

Appartement très bien situé aussi bien pour l'été que pour l'hiver. Propreté irréprochable. Équipements en nombre. Suffisant pour 4 personnes (pas plus)

Place de parking mal définie (peinture effacee). J'ai pas encore compris l'utilité de la fenêtre de la chambre qui donne sur le couloir de la cour intérieure et donc accessible par tous (fenêtre qui reste fermee)

l'emplacement, c'est plutot proche des magasins et remontée mécanique

Les lits étaient sales, et les matelas ainsi que les couvertures semblaient ne jamais avoir été changés. L'appartement est assez exigu pour six personnes. Les équipements de cuisine étaient moyennement propres, et il n'y avait qu'une cafetière à filtre. Attention : le propriétaire facture les serviettes non utilisées ainsi que le service de ménage, même si nous avons soigneusement rangé et nettoyé avant notre départ. Il nous a tout de même facturé des frais pour quelques traces d'eau sur le robinet. Voici les photos justifiant ces frais 40€
