About this villa rental
Villa Laudan is located at the bottom of the hill on the Monte y Mar area of Gran Alacant and has fantastic views over the Mediterranean Sea and the Historic Town of Alicante and its famous Castilla de Santa Barbara. Thirty minutes walk from the beach, Quiet and peaceful, ten minutes from the larger resorts such as Alicante and Santa Pola, the villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out.
This four bedroomed extremely private villa benefits from Central Heating and air Conditioning and boasts one of the best private swimming pools you will encounter which has a main swimming area and a Jacuzzi area which will accommodate 6 people
Lots of terraced areas for you to dine al fresco. Stunning sea views over the bay of Alicante. With two double and two twin single bedrooms, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

On the ground floor you have a fully equipped kitchen area, through lounge diner with central heating and air-con, two ground floor bedrooms one with en suite, the other with shower room to the side.
Outside stairs take you to the upper floor apartment which has its own lounge area with tv and xbox games system, double bedroom with double bed and fourth bedroom with twin single beds and a family bathroom. There is access to the upper terraced area which has a Canopy to shade the area from the sun, seating, and area with fantastic views over to the bay of Alicante and nearby mountains.

Detached villa in large private grounds, lots of terraces and fully established garden full of Lemon, Orange and Pomegranate fruit trees and Palms. It has off road parking for two cars.
There are three door entries to the gardens. A terrace to the front and side of the ground floor that has seating to eat at both front and side terraces and a stone BBQ for outside dining.
Steps lead to the garden and pool area, sun loungers located around the pool
On the terrace there is a patio table / chairs and a full size chimney BBQ, the terrace has an manuallly operated sun canopy

Just had a great week staying here.The villa is VERY well equipped with everything you could need.The villa is split in to 2 apartments, connected by outside stairs. Each apartment has its own sun terrace. I would say it's ideal for familys with older children or teenagers. i'm not sure it would be suitable for familys with younger children.We went with our adult children and their partners and it suted us down to the ground. The pool was fab, and there were enough sun loungers for everyone. There were also enough chairs for everyone when eating outside. We didn't hire a car but got an Uber from the airport. It's close enough to supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants that you don't need a car. It took us 43 minutes to walk to the local beach, but it is a nice beach, lovely sand and gently shelving into the sea. We got the bus in to Alicante, which had a big market. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

We really did enjoy our stay and thought the villa was in a great location. There was a few issues. The outside light to the upstairs bedrooms didnt work which was a real issue as stairs are steep and door opens out onto them! The pool was amazing but sadly really needs some work done, lots of broken tiles which resulted in a few cuts and sunloungers really need upgrading. There was also no working TV, luckily we took a fire stick with us.
Karen was great and tried to fix issues but sadly couldnt. Overall we had a nice family holiday
