The place is quiet located near the beaches 50m from the supermarket bars restaurants, 5 km from the golf course.
A tourist train crosses the Monte y Mar urbanization to go to the beach.
At 600 meters there is a large shopping center with many bars of restaurants large supermarket mercadonna lidl
There are also activities for children.
The car is not essential.
You must add €235 for the final cleaning upon your departure.
Bed linens and towels are included in the cleaning price for 10 people.
1) Electricity consumption during your stay is your responsibility at a rate of €0.35 per kWh and will be deducted from the deposit. The meter reading will be taken at your arrival and departure by the person who will welcome you on site.
2) Gas consumption during your stay is your responsibility at a rate of 4,90e per m³ and will be deducted from the deposit. The meter reading will be taken at your arrival and departure by the person who will welcome you on site.

Wonderful Villa close to Gran Alacant Central. All you need in a Villa. Lovely and clean property suitable for all ages. So big and so much living space. Plenty of areas to sit and relax.Close to local shops, restaurants , supermarkets and bus routes. Buses to Alicante and Santa Pola nearby as well as the urbanisation bus around Gran Alacant.The Villa has 5 good sized bedrooms each with their own bathroom. It also has a extremely well stocked kitchen with all the utensils you need.
