About this villa rental
Self catering luxury five bedroom villa with large private swimming pool, Wi Fi and located on the edge of a quiet, urbanisation just ten minutes drive from the centre of Alicante, the beach. Fantastic views to Alicante and the mountains.
On entering the property you are in a large lounge area with open fire and air-conditioning. The diner is to the left and then through to the fully equipped kitchen area. To the rear of the kitchen there is a laundry room and door to the rear garden area and swimming pool.
To the right of the lounge is an archway leading to two double bedrooms, one with large double bed and en suite facility, The other has twin single beds and there is a toilet between the two bedrooms. All bedrooms have been fitted with ceiling fans.
The stairs to the first floor are at at the rear centre of the lounge area. At the top of the stairs there area double patio doors leading onto a solarium which has fantastic views of the area and down to the sea. To the right of the stairs is a large double bedroom with large double bed an en suite bathroom with shower over bath and two hand basin for him and her. To the left of the stairs are a further two double bedrooms with twin single beds. A shower is situated between the two bedrooms.
This property is not overlooked and is in a quiet location and walking distance to the local bar and sports area of the urbanisation.

There is a pergola with dining seats below to take shade from the sun. There is a further pergola and seating area to the front of the house. At the rear of the house is a private driveway. Beautiful established garden surrounding the villa.

Communication with Karen was fantastic, she replied to any questions I had before coming. Karen was very helpful when we arrived.Villa is great, nice and quiet. Lovely view of the mountains. We had a hire car so getting around wasn’t a problem but it would be nice if there was a restaurant/ bar within walking distance.Villa was very spacious, the only downside is no air conditioning in the bedrooms, so it does get quite warm at night. It’s not unbearable as ceiling fans and desk fans are provided.Villa was clean inside, outside we found dust gets blown onto the pool tiles, which can contaminate the pool water. We gave it a little mop and it seemed to help.Kitchen facilities are very good, fully equipped kitchen. Lovey outside eating area.

Malgre que ce soit une jolie villa quand nous sommes arrivées la maison était sale en plus comme la propriétaire a profitez de la barrière de la langue pour ce dépêchez de faire le tour ce qui fait qu'on avait pas vu une table rayé cache sous un drap du coup a la fin des vacances elle cest permise de nous accusé à tord et à travers que c'était nous pour nous retenir la caution de plus au court de la première semaine de vacances ils ce sont permis sans nous en aviser de rentrer soit disant changer les draps etc alors que nous étions en sortie familliale sachant quand avait laisser tout nos bien de valeurs sans protection en revenant nous avons découvert le changement de serviette je trouve sa quand même inadmissible de rentrer surtout si on est pas la sans nous en avertir et par rapport a sa table cache rayé comme on a fait aucun état des lieux à notre arrivée je suis bien sur que la sa table était déjà dans cette état même pour en discuter calmement elle nous laissait même pas placer un mot en tout cas malgré la belle maison que cest au vu du comportement de la propriétaire je déconseille
